Community policies...

  • Desert Springs Ranch is a friendly RV Community. Our owners and customers care about each other and respect each others space and purpose.

  • No more than two dogs are allowed per customer. We have breed restrictions: no large or aggressive dog breeds are allowed at DSR. No shepherds, dobermans, rottweilers, pit bulls, or other aggressive breeds. 

  • All trailers are to be parked in our storage area for a fee of $50-$100 per month. We do not allow utility trailers to be parked on our RV sites.  

  • Desert Springs Ranch allows UTVs and ATVs only in storage areas. UTV/ATV vehicles are not a permitted use within Desert Springs Resort.
